Packing and Planning

I knew our annual hunting trip would come up pretty quick but it snuck in even faster than expected! Normally I tend to put off my packing til, well the night before we leave but since this is nearly a week away from home I figured I better get to it! It seems like a lot but I'd much rather have more than enough than be short on necessities. Plus you never know really whether it'll be warm or cold! 

With that said, the bags are stacked and ready to go. With days left before we leave! Seriously, probably the first time I was so ahead of the game! 

I'd like to think now I could just take a breather BUT that's not happening! Sweetie boy Lincoln is turning one at the end of the month and I've been busy party planning too!! We are keeping it fairly simple and my mom, sister and I are doing all the decorations ourselves. Lots of diy projects and ideas! Stopped by Hobby Lobby and I'm now obsessed with that store! Got some goodies now we'll put my creativity to the test. :) A few sneak peeks at what we've been working on, enjoy and I hope to post again before we set off on vacay!
