Face Off

Let's call today, Tuesday Touch-Up! Playing with make-up has always been such a fun thing for me. Even as a kid, those play kits every little girl had were always a must for me. My little cousins were always fun palette's for me to make beautiful, lol! As I got older, I am thankful I had older cousies as well to teach me about the "good" stuff, Clinique in particular. I started on skincare when I was a teenager and can attest to how great their products are still! In my early twenties, I was able to work as a makeup artist for both Clinique and Bobbi Brown, which was so much fun. I certainly don't miss those icky retail hours, but dabbling in makeup all day sure was an easy paycheck! These days, I'm lucky to get a swipe of mascara on or blush(my all time fave)but my sweet little bag is still full of all my favorite products for the occasions I get to put a "full face" on! For simpler looks, I go with the basics. A tinted moisturizer, concealer, blush, powder, mascara and gloss..eyeliner if I'm feeling even more bright eyed! It's so quick and makes you feel ready even if your pj's are still on! :) The days you need a little more coverage or a bolder statement I like a few more of the necessities. Typically a foundation that covers a bit more, Bobbi Brown concealer, which is the best! And different shadows, lipsticks, and blushes depending on how vibrant you're going. The color palette always tends to vary for me but the top collections show my favorite colors this fall! Definitely don't forget your brows, or picking out the perfect mascara. Lashes can totally make the look!  Hope your inner artist has fun finding the ideal shades for your pretty face!
