Every year, even before babies, going to the pumpkin patch was a favorite thing to do. Of course now, with littles it's all the more fun and quite the experience! Last year we waited until almost the end of October since Lincoln was only a newborn. I definitely don't recommend going that late in the season. The day we went, it was FREEZING, got dark quick and was muddy. Much to cold for the baby so my hubby wound up in the car so big brother and I could still go on the hayride and pick a pumpkin. Long story short, hayride took forever Linc was crying because he was a newbie and needed to nurse so it wasn't ideal for sure! Still memorable and fun but this year we had other plans, lol!
The earlier the better was our theme! So last Monday we decided would be a perfect day to take our family to the farm for all the fall festivities!! It was perfect weather. No coats needed, light out our entire stay and definitely not muddy! We all had the best time and watching our two boys have so much fun was priceless! This month is one of the busiest times at work for my husband but he is always adamant about making time for our family and creating special moments with our kids!
